- Whilst it is safe to walk/stand on our rugs, it should be noted that repeated use/abuse can lead to wear & tear over time
- Lint (Fluff) may come from your rug for the first couple of days whilst the fibres settle, this can be sorted with regular light hoovering, however we do try our best to remove any excess material before shipping out your product
- If you spill something on your rug we strongly advise that you do not attempt to put it in the washing machine or use any high pressured cleaning tool
- These rugs are individually handmade, meaning that there may be minor discrepancies in the final product which differ from the original image
